Bank Statement Loan Request

Use documented cash flow to explore mortgage options

Bank statement mortgages offer eligible self-employed borrowers an alternative way to document income. Lenders commonly review 12 or 24 months of personal or business statements rather than relying on tax returns for the qualifying income used by the program.

Program Highlights

  • May suit entrepreneurs, independent contractors, and owners with consistent verifiable deposits.
  • Purchase, rate-and-term refinance, and cash-out options depend on the lender.
  • Investment-property eligibility is available with some lenders, while others restrict occupancy.

What Lenders Review

Business history, ownership, eligible deposits, expenses, credit, debts, down payment or equity, and reserves affect qualification. Business statements may require an expense factor or supporting expense analysis.

How the Program Works

Account transfers, loan proceeds, and other non-income deposits do not automatically count as earnings. The lender determines which deposits qualify and how to treat seasonal revenue or irregular cash flow.

Important Considerations

Bank statement lending still requires documentation and underwriting. Do not upload statements through this initial inquiry form; request a secure document channel after your review begins.

Complete only the form for the program you want reviewed. Estimates are welcome; optional fields may be left blank.

Do not enter Social Security numbers, account numbers, identification documents, or full financial statements.

This form requests an initial financing discussion. It is not a complete mortgage application, loan approval, rate lock, or commitment to lend. Availability, rates, terms, documentation, property eligibility, and occupancy rules vary by lender and state. All financing is subject to underwriting and applicable approvals.
