Fix-N-Flip Loan Request

Finance the purchase and renovation of your next investment

Fix-and-flip financing is short-term funding for investors buying or refinancing a property to renovate and sell. The project’s acquisition cost, repair budget, and expected after-repair value help shape the financing review.

Request My Fix-N-Flip Loan Review

Program Highlights

  • Acquisition and eligible rehabilitation costs may be financed within lender leverage limits.
  • Renovation funds are commonly released through draws as approved work progresses.
  • Interest-only structures may be available while the property is renovated and marketed.

What Lenders Review

Provide a realistic scope, budget, timeline, projected resale value, and repayment plan. Underwriting considers credit, liquidity, contractor capability, investor experience, and collateral. First-time investor eligibility varies.

How the Program Works

Loan-to-cost measures financing against eligible project costs. Loan-to-after-repair-value measures financing against the property’s projected completed value. Both limits can apply, so financing part of the rehab does not eliminate the need for cash.

Important Considerations

Budget for inspections, draw timing, carrying costs, overruns, and maturity. Confirm whether interest is charged on drawn funds or the full commitment. Profit and resale timing are not guaranteed.
